"Didn’t really feel safe using the site"
I tried using Xplor Travel, but I just didn’t feel comfortable with it. The site was asking for personal info, and I kept wondering how secure it actually was?? I reached out to support hoping they’d clear things up, but their response didn’t really make me feel any better. Maybe other people have had a smoother experience, but for me it just felt a little risky?? I don’t think I’d use it again

"Not much wiggle room"
I tried to change my trip plans and quickly noticed the same pattern: every option led to another limitation. There just wasn’t much flexibility, and it got frustrating after a while.

I used xplor.travel on my phone and, it was okay overall. The pages loaded fine most of the time, but yeah, a few buttons felt kind of small, and I had to tap twice here and there. The search was helpful, just not, like, super smooth. I did find what I needed in the end, so it’s not bad, but the mobile layout could definitely be a bit cleaner.

"Trip was fine, but support felt lacking"
The trip itself was okay, but after we got back I had a question and support barely responded. Am I missing something, or should it not take that long to get a simple issue sorted? It felt like I was being ignored, which left a frustrating impression after an otherwise decent trip.

I couldn’t understand the plan at all. I already had a feeling it was going to be confusing before I even got into it, and after trying to read through everything, it pretty much confirmed what I thought. It just didn’t feel clear or easy to follow

"Pretty Clean Overall"
For the most part, it was clean enough and generally fine for what I needed. I wouldn’t say it was absolutely spotless or anything like that, but nothing really stood out as a major problem either. It felt mostly taken care of, and I was able to feel comfortable enough during my time there.

"Communication could’ve been better"
Before the trip, it was frustrating trying to get clear answers. Replies took a while and I felt like I had to keep following up just to get basic info, which didn’t make the best first impression

The site itself worked totally fine and was easy enough to use, but some of the deals were not as cheap as I expected. I was kind of hyped thinking I’d be saving loads, then ended up feeling a bit let down. For the money, I just expected better value tbh.

"Guide seemed lost..."
I booked a tour through Xplor Travel, and honestly... it was disappointing!! The guide didn’t seem to know much about the spots we were visiting, and when people asked basic questions, he either gave super vague answers or had to check his phone???
It felt less like a guided tour and more like someone just walking us from place to place. Maybe he was new or having an off day, but for what I paid, I expected way more... definitely not worth it for me!!

I had to reach out to support with a question, and they got back to me faster than I expected. I did have to wait a little while, but it wasn’t one of those situations where you feel like your message disappeared into a black hole. The replies were helpful and actually answered what I was asking, which I appreciated because sometimes support responses can feel kind of generic. Overall, it was a smooth experience.

I tried using Xplor Travel to plan a trip and compare options, especially because I’m careful about prices, but the site was frustrating. Pages took forever to load, and a few buttons just didn’t respond when I clicked them. The worst part was the filters kept resetting, so I had to keep starting over while trying to narrow things down by budget. Maybe other people have better luck with it, but for me it just wasted time, so I gave up and looked somewhere else.

I booked a trip on xplor and overall it went smoothly. The site loaded fine, and I got my confirmation without any real problems. That said, a few parts of the checkout felt a bit unclear, and I found myself clicking around more than I expected. Not a huge deal, but it could definitely be simpler. "Refund came through, just slower than expected"
I cancelled my booking and did get my refund in the end, so I guess it worked like it was supposed to. It just took longer than I thought it would, and I had to message support once to check what was going on. They did sort it out, but waiting around with barely any updates was kind of annoying. Not a bad experience overall, just not exactly smooth either

"Got my dates changed, but I’m torn"
I’ve usually stuck with xplor because I’ve had decent experiences with them before, so I really wanted this to be an easy fix. I needed to change the dates on my booking, and while it all worked out in the end, the site wasn’t super clear about what I was supposed to do. I ended up contacting support just to make sure I wasn’t messing anything up. They did reply and got the change handled, but it took longer than I expected. To be fair, they explained the price difference clearly, which I appreciated. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but as someone who kind of wants to keep using them, I do wish the process felt smoother and quicker

"Pickup timing was all over the place"
They switched the pickup time on me at the last minute, and then somehow still showed up late. It threw off my whole day and this whole thing just felt really disorganized. Nobody really explained what was going on or anything like that. I wouldn’t book with them again

"Decent price, but not the smoothest experience"
I’ll give xplor.travel credit for one thing: the price didn’t change, and there weren’t no surprise fees popping up at checkout. That part was nice. But the website wasn’t exactly easy to figure out, and support took way too long to get back to me. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but I can’t say I’d be in a big hurry to use them again.

"My custom trip was decent, but not quite seamless"
For me, the itinerary mostly matched what I was looking for, so overall it was okay. The only thing that felt a bit frustrating was that making changes took longer than I expected. Not a bad experience, just not perfect in my opinion.
